I’m Posting everyday in 2011!

I’ve decided I want to blog more. Rather than just thinking about doing it, I’ve already begun, I’m just making it official right now.  I will be posting on this blog once a day in 2011.

The Writing Process

Over the New Year holiday, WordPress issued a challenge to its blogger-users: Write and publish one post a day (or a week) throughout 2011. I had already told a friend that I had planned on doing this however nothings says accountability like announcing to the world your plans.

For non-professional and personal bloggers, writing and posting every day can be a tall order, so the good folks at WordPress have launched The Daily Post, a guide with daily tidbits of “inspiration, encouragement and advice about blogging.”

I know it won’t be easy considering I’m taking two writing classes this semester in addition to my four other classes, but it might be fun, inspiring, awesome and wonderful – it’s time. Therefore I’m promising to make use of The Daily Post, and the community of other bloggers with similar goals, to help me along the way, including asking for help when I need it and encouraging others when I can.

If you already read my blog, I hope you’ll encourage me with comments and likes, and good will along the way as I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! You may also subscribe to receive my blog delivered to your email directly immediately upon my posting, as well as you can find me on Twitter and Facebook. AND by all means, share my blog with others.

Signed,

Pj
